Order Cancellation


We accept order cancellations before the goods are shipped.

If you cancel your order prior to shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once the wooden bookmarks have been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be processed.

  • The wooden bookmarks must be unused, unmarked, and in their original new condition (no scratches, wear, or damage to the wood surface).
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging (including the bookmark's individual packaging, gift box if applicable, and all accessories).
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all return requests.

Return Shipping Fee


  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., changed mind, incorrect purchase), the customer shall bear the return shipping fee. The exact cost depends on the courier service you choose.
  • If the return is due to product quality issues (e.g., wood cracking, manufacturing defects, damage caused by shipping) or our fault, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free reshipment or full refund after verification by our technical team.

Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect your returned wooden bookmarks, we will send a delivery confirmation email to you. We will also notify you of the approval status of your refund request.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account.
