Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the goods are shipped.

If you cancel your order prior to shipment, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Once the wooden bookmarks have been dispatched, cancellations can no longer be processed.

Eligible Return Conditions

The wooden bookmarks must be unused, unmarked, and in their original new condition (no scratches, wear, or damage to the wood surface).
All items must be returned in their original packaging (including the bookmark's individual packaging, gift box if applicable, and all accessories).
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all return requests.

Return Shipping Fee

If approved, your refund will be processed within 15 business days and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment account.
